Refunds

Every piece is made to order. If something's wrong, text Carlos and he'll make it right. Refunds are handled case by case.

Privacy

When you order, we collect your name, phone number, email and, if you choose delivery, your delivery address. We use them to make your piece, reach you about it, get it to you and keep our sales records.

• Cards: Stripe handles all card payments on its own page. Your card number is never typed on this site, and we never see it.
• Email: Resend sends our order emails, so it handles your email address and the order details in those emails.
• Your cart: it's saved in your own browser until you order.
• Hosting and lettering: this site runs on Cloudflare and loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so they see ordinary web traffic like your IP address.

We don't sell your information. To ask what we have on you, or to fix it, email candtwoodcrafting@gmail.com.

Terms

• Made to order. Most pieces take 2 to 4 weeks. Carlos will text you a date after you order.
• Online orders are paid in full by card when you order.
• Pickup is free for anyone at 277 Settlers Pass, Waynesville, MO.
• Delivery is $5 flat per order, only to addresses inside Pulaski County, including Fort Leonard Wood. We don't ship.
• Sales tax is added to every order and shown before you pay.
• The 5% code is on the honor system. It applies to pieces, not delivery.
• The wagon is a decoration, not a toy.
